Family Days at GVSU 2013

Nikki standing outside one of the many tents that were part of the rennesiance days at the college.
The college band heading out to the football game as we were heading out to see the comedian Gallagher at the local high school.
The COTU reluctantly agreed to let me take this picture before we went into the high school for the show.
Waiting for the show to begin.
I was using my phone, so not the best pictures, but he told us he is 67 and that if he can pull off a two hour show that all other comedians should keep up.  He was just as funny as in his younger days.  Still did the sledgeomatic and had everyone in tears.  As funny as he ever was and still kept the humor relevant to today.  Good for him.  The COTU's enjoyed the humor even though his hayday was before either one was born.  A good time had by all.  Glad to have shared this with my awesome daughter!

It looks like you all had a good time, especially at the Gallagher show. I hope you weren't seated in the splash zone!

TJ must be standing on his tiptoes on the photo next to your car with Nikki. I know he's not THAT much taller than her.

We picked good days to go out there. Friday was nice -- almost too warm, and yesterday looks nice in your photos, though it sprinkled and was super windy here. Much better than today's soaking rain.

Yup. Nikki did yell at TJ for being on his tiptoes. We all had a good time and did stay out of the smash zone. Those people got nailed.

Oddly, I think they charged extra for seats in the splash zone.

It looks like TJ has grown quite a bit in the last couple of months, or he's playing a trick on the camera.

I looks like a nice day at college and it's nice to share with the family.

Gallagher is still putting on that smashing watermelon act????
